Rev. Dr. Margaret Smith committed her life to the Lord at a very early age.  She has a great love for God and is fully committed to the ministry of reconciliation.

She holds a Ph.D. in Christian Organizational Leadership. She is a writer and an Author of several books and training manuals. She founded Impact Covenant Ministries, a women resource organization, in October, 2006, through which she ministers primarily to hurting women from various facet and strata of the society as well as meeting the needs of the poor and the mentally and emotionally challenged. 

In 1994, during her formative years of Ministry in Jamaica (Covenant Counseling Ministry), Rev. Dr. Smith also conducted morning devotions in a number of business organizations including banks, private firms, and schools.  She also provided spiritual therapy and assisted with the drug rehabilitation program on the Psychiatric ward at the Cornwall Regional Hospital in Montego Bay. 

Currently her ministry provides Counseling, Intercessory Prayer, Training and Empowerment programs and Benevolence Service. She also teach the Word of God. Lives are being transformed as God uses her to do His work.

Rev.  Dr. Smith has held various positions in the local church including Greeter, Altar Counselor, Adult and Youth Sunday School Teacher, Praise and Worship Leader, Events Coordinator and Associate Pastor. She is a Licensed and Ordained Minister, a Christian Christian Counselor and a trained Fitness and Nutrition Specialist. Rev Dr. Smith is well rounded having worked in corporate organizations including the Banking and Tourism industries (JA&US), an entrepreneur. 

She is an anointed motivational speaker/teacher who ministers in various Christian organizations, conducting conferences, workshops and open forums throughout the United States.  Young people are very dear to her heart, therefore, she volunteered her time and services for 5 years to the Urban League of Broward Diversion Summer Camp and in-house programs. The youth training  programs include self-esteem and self-confidence building.

Rev. Dr. Smith has one biological child (Son) a grandson, and  many spiritual children, who she feels compelled to pour the Word of God into their lives and to point them to their God ordained purpose. Rev. Smith believes that there are no limits in what one can achieve if they put all their trust and confidence in God.

Rev. Smith is available for speaking engagements at Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Church Services, Youth Training and Development programs and more.

Impact Covenant Ministries, since its inception, has reached and ministered to a culturally diverse group of women, meeting their needs through four divisions of ministry; Intercessory Prayer, Training and Empowerment programs/Youth Personal Development, Christian Counseling and Benevolence. 

Women's  lives are being transformed and empowered to fulfill their God ordained purpose. The broken hearted are being restored and the  depressed liberated. Through Christian counseling, many broken marriages and family relationships have been restored. Smiles are returning to the faces of hurting women and their families.
